Ankesh Kumar - CEO
Kumar brings a fresh approach to transforming startups into successful companies, having done so with three himself and raising a total of $50 million of venture capital in the process. His current startup, Grouptivity.com, provides a unique social environment for web content saving and sharing and counts Information Week and Glam Media as its partners.
appMail.com was successfully launched in 2001, specializing in the development of SAAS business applications in the area of employee time off and applicant tracking. Client list includes LeapFrog, CNET, Actuate and Agile.
Prior to starting appMail, Kumar was the founder of Personic Software, Inc., a leader in the applicant tracking space, with over 60,000 users worldwide and customers like Wal-Mart, CNet and Accenture. As CEO, Kumar took the company from conception to $20 million in revenue. And as founder of AT systems, an IT consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area , he took the company from conception to $25 million in four years.
Martin Logan - Senior Product Manager
Logan brings a strong technology background covering a range of roles in companies of various sizes. His specific areas of expertise are research, engineering, product and operations. Responsible for directing research and evaluation of technology and also "hands on" engineering, Logan has run multiple teams, locally and remotely, worked in highly structured environment with established methodologies and with small agile teams.
He can take a requirement from concept to production using a full scale requirements process or simple iterative development. His active interest is new technology and internet/mobile trends.
Yogesh K Gowdra - Senior Software Consultant
With over 11 years of technical experience in analysis, design, development and testing of software applications, Gowdra is an expert at developing web 2.0 and enterprise software solutions.
Some but not all of his experience includes the development of large applications with exposure to all aspects of software life cycle, architecting and building consumer applications especially for digital media, and knowledge of Client Server, N-tier applications, component-based architecture and RDBMS Technologies.
